In application of the art.13 and 23 of D.Lgs. n°196 of 30th June 2003, (hereafter cited more briefly "D.Lgs".), we would like to inform you :

1) that the personal and identification data that you have provided with when you logged into the area following this web page, will be treated with the complete respect according to the regulations mentioned above and the requirements of privacy where that has been foreseen;

2) that by treatment of personal data in application of the art. n°4 of D.Lgs, is understood any and every operation or group of operations, effected equally without having recourse to electronic means, relating to the gathering, recording, organisation, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use of, interconnection, block, communication, diffusion, erasing and destruction of data, even if they haven’t been recorded in a databank;

3) that the data be used for institutional ends, related to or instrumental to the activities of Renthome-in-Alps such as archiving, elaboration and, in particular:
a) to respond to legal obligations relating to civil, fiscal, accounting, etc… regulations, to administrative management ends in respect of the relationship that you have established with Renthome-in-Alps;
b) (excepting prior notification of a specific agreement on your part) for the communication of information on future initiatives, announcements, services and offers, both from Renthome-in-Alps as from affiliated companies, by the sending of e-mail information or SMS messages. The sending of e-mails or SMS informative messages will in no case determine the ceding of personal data to third parties. This service does not put into place a monitoring of the sites that you have visited nor the control of the messages that you have read, except by agreement on your part;
c) for the realisation of promotional initiatives, in the interest of the user of Renthome-in-Alps;

4) that the attribution of your data is necessary so as to be able to reply regularly to legal and contractual obligations deriving from the judicial realtionship existing with Renthome-in-Alps. In the case where you are not interested in receiving our informational notices, you can freely indicate that you do not agree in the case of this specific objective;

5) that the data is gathered in our database and recorded in such a way as to only allow access to authorised subjects of Renthome-in-Alps; the data can be treated, respecting the objectives mentioned above, within Renthome-in-Alps;

Furthermore we inform you that each interested person can exercise the rights of art.7 of D.Lgs which we summarise hereafter:
. The interested person has the right to obtain confirmation:
a) of the existence or not of personal data concerning him (or her), even if they have not yet been recorded;
b) and their communication in an intelligible form. That person has the right to obtain confirmation:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) the objectives and the modalities of treatment;
c) of the logic applied in the case of treatment with the aid of electronic means;
d) identifying elements of the title-holder, those responsible and the designated representative;
d) the subjects or subject categories to which the personal data can be communicated or which can gain knowledge as designated representatives within the territory of the State, persons responsible or made responsible.

Furthermore the interested person has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the rectification or, if necessary, the integration of the data;
b) the annulment, the transformation in an anonymous form or the blocking of data treated in voilation of the law, including that for which the conservation in respect of the objectives for which the data has been gathered or successively treated, is not necessary;
c) the attestation that he (she) has been informed of the operations under the letters a) and b) also in respect of their content, to whom the data has been comunicated or transmitted, except in the case where such a realisation proves impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate means in respect of the vindicated right.

The interested person has the right to oppose, totally or partially:
a) for legitimate motives to the treatment of personal data which concern him, although pertinent to the objectives of the collection;
b) to the treatment of personal data which concern him for puirposes of the sending of advertising material. The Title- holder of the treatment is Renthome-in-Alps in the person of the pro tempore legal representative. The treatment of the data is done via means which are capable of guaranteeing the security discretion under the term of the programmatic document on the security of Renthome-in-Alps, drawn up in accordance with the article 34, sub-paragraph 1, letter G) of the D.Lgs and deposited at the statutory head offices. The data will be conserved in the database at the head offices of Renthome-in-Alps. The Title-holder has nominated a security officer who shall be responsible for designing creating and efficiently maintaining the measures of security foreseen by the articles 31 and 33 of the D.Lgs.
