Prices given are per week.
Minimun 2 night stay.
- For 2 night stay will be applied 50% of week rate;
- for 3 up to 4 night stay will be applied a majoration of 15% of a night rate;
- for 5 to 6 night stay will be applied a majoration of 10% of a night rate.
For long term stay will be applied the following discounts:
- from the 8th day stay, 5% of discount
- from the 15th day, 10% of discount
- from the 22th day, 15% of discount
- from the 29th day, 20% of discount
For long term stay up to 30 days a personalized quotation will be proposed to our hosts.
In the period of high season (15 june-30 august and 26 dicember-30 march) , only weekly rental. It's possible to stay under the 7 nights if there are remaining availabilities.
Extras are :
-electricity and gas are calcolated by reading meters from your arrival to your departure. (For experience, prevision of cost is about € 25,00-50,00/week in summer and about € 45,00-€ 70,00/week in winter).
-final cleaning of € 40,00.
An additional non-refundable charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking (by postal order or wire transfer). The outstanding balance is due on arrival.
An initial refundable deposit of 200,00 euros is required for possible damages releaved.
Cleaning service is not included during the stay, as well as an accurate final cleaning of the kitchenette.
